Daikin Hybrid Hydraulic Systems
DAIKIN has integrated "Inverter" technology into its coolers for hydraulic and coolant fluids. This technology allows a radical energy saving while reducing the engine rotation speed under pressure maintenance conditions. In addition to Inverter technology, these cooling units are also equipped with IPM motors to improve the characteristics of industrial machines.
DAIKIN cooling units (AKZ, AKJ, AKC, AKW)
The new series of compact Japanese Daikin units (9 series) enables very portable regulation of the outlet temperature of the cooled medium with an accuracy of ± 0.1 ° C, and helps to the stability and accuracy of not only machine tools (spindle cooling, gearbox, etc.) Daikin units installed. Thanks to the integrated inventory motor, they have low electricity consumption and thus significantly save operating costs. The units are equipped with a practical diagnostic system that facilitates maintenance and helps prevent the machine from being taken out of operation.
All units can be equipped with an extra-thermistor reacting to a change in oil temperature or, for example, the spindle itself. The basic configuration of the control PCB board can be extended by a communication serial line (AKZ9-OP-CS board).

Type Circulation
Circulating cooling unit with integrated circulation pump.
The unit is directly designed for oil cooling . Available in semi-variants: B (with circuit breaker); C (European version of CE); H (integrated preheating); T (integrated tank) and variants with transformer for other voltages (046/047/048), European voltage AC380; 400; 415 V at 50/60 Hz then the version 047.
The standard version is designed for low-viscosity oil (1.4-200 mm2 / s; VG2 to 32), discharge pressure 5 bar, it is also equipped with a timer (up to 999 h) and a thermistor for comparison with the ambient temperature.
